It’s completely understandable life happens and things can pop up unexpectedly. All I ask is for communication. (A quick text will do great.) 

As a solo esthetician I work by appointment only, so I kindly ask that you give a full 24-hour notice for any appointment you will not be able to attend. 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be collected before each service and will go towards your overall appointment cost. Including if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

**No-shows and cancellations after the 24-hour window will result in your forfeiting all your deposit.

I usually allow a 15-minute Grace period to make your appointment. Completely understand we are by the beach! parking, traffic lights, crosswalks... need I say more? Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with no communication may not be able to be seen that day and will be considered a no show.
