Here at Island Esthetics, we have an Acne Clearing Program that is tailored to each individual’s skin needs. This program is designed to help clear up acne within 3-6 months, using a combination of in-office treatments, Face Reality Skincare Products, and lifestyle changes. This rigorous program has a 97% success rate, and it’s a healthier option compared to prescription medications that can leave your skin extremely dry and irritated, and cause kidney or liver damage. There are no one-size-fits-all products or quick-fix “magical cure” claims. It’s important to understand that acne is a complex condition and will take time, patience, and commitment to see results.

For our first appointment together, we will take the time to discuss your health history, hormones, stress levels, diet, medications, products, cosmetics, and lifestyle to identify any acne triggers. From there, we will determine your skin type, acne type, and skin tolerance to create a professional treatment plan that is tailored specifically for you. We will also perform a skin sensitivity test and provide a full treatment on that day. As part of your appointment, you will receive an educational acne packet that includes a wealth of information about acne, as well as a list of ingredients and foods to avoid.

Please note that the cost of the first treatment for the Acne Clearing Program does not include products. You should expect to invest an additional $150-$350 on Face Reality Skincare Products, which will typically last 2-3 months.

After your products run out, you will need to repurchase them to maintain clear skin. During the program, it is mandatory to follow the home-care guidelines provided to you and to only use Face Reality Skincare Products while on the program. If products are in stock, you can take them home the same day. If not, they will be ordered and sent to your home or available for pick up at Island Esthetics. Whichever is convenient for you.

What’s required to be part of this acne clearing program?

To be a part of this acne clearing program, you must commit to following the clear and simple protocols.

Your first appointment will include thorough information and protocols to follow, and you must schedule a minimum of 6 follow-up appointments, 2 weeks apart. The use of Face Reality Products is required to achieve the desired results, unless a product is approved.

Who can be part of the acne clearing program?

If you’ve tried everything else, or if your acne is a new thing, you may want to consider being part of this acne clearing program. It’s important to note that if you’re pregnant or nursing, you’ll need to have a form reviewed and signed off by your physician or OBYGN. And if you’re a teen under 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a form. Additionally, you should avoid using prescription topical products like Differin, Retin A, Clindamycin, Epiduo, etc. for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If you’ve taken Accutane or equivalents of acne prescriptions, you should wait at least 6 months prior to your appointment. And finally, you cannot be treated while using prescription products from your dermatologist or any other home care products. Don’t worry, there are many treatment options available for all types of acne. With the right approach, you can get the clear, healthy skin you deserve.
