Hello New Client and Welcome to Island Esthetics! 

I’m excited to have the opportunity to help you with your skin care needs. It’s my goal to ensure that your experience is both relaxing and beneficial.  

To prepare for your appointment, please refrain from using any harsh exfoliating products or topical prescriptions for a few days prior. This will help ensure that your skin is in the best possible condition for treatment.

Lastly, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy so that you’re aware of any fees or restrictions that may apply.

Policies & Cancelations

I completely understand that life happens and things can pop up unexpectedly. All I ask for is communication, even a quick text will do great. As a solo esthetician, I work by appointment only and kindly ask for a full 24-hour notice for any appointment you will not be able to attend.

To ensure that appointments run smoothly, a non-refundable deposit of $35.00 will be collected before each service, and this will go towards your overall appointment cost. This includes if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Please note that no-shows and cancellations after the 24-hour window will result in you forfeiting your deposit. I usually allow a 15-minute grace period to make your appointment, as I completely understand that we are by the beach and there may be parking, traffic lights, and crosswalks to navigate. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with no communication may not be able to be seen that day and will be considered a no-show.
